How It Work

Our Company Working Process

01
First, the image to be printed in 3D format gets designed using relevant software and saved as the STL file format. STL file design becomes the blueprint which is used as the machine to recreate the design in physical form.
02
Now the STL file is uploaded, into the printer and the computer changes its settings according to the output that needs to be extracted. The fourth stage involves the selection of materials where the layers of the 3D object model need to be embedded.
03
When the print work gets started, the 3D printer deposits the layer of material filaments over the print board to get a final 3D output.
Frequently Asked Question

Get Every Single Answer From Here

  • How do Manage Quality Assurance?
Our quality assurance in 3D printing involves meticulous process control, stringent material inspection, and post-printing assessments to ensure precision and excellence in every manufactured part we deliver.
  • How does FDM printing compare to other 3D printing methods?
FDM printing with ProtoTechnoWorld3D is known for its affordability, ease of use, and versatility. It's great for rapid prototyping, producing durable parts, and is accessible to beginners and experts alike.
  • What is 3D Scanning with Prototechnoworld3d?
3D scanning with Prototechnoworld3d is a technology used to capture the physical shape and dimensions of objects by collecting data points from their surfaces. It enables the creation of digital 3D models that can be used for various applications, including reverse engineering, prototyping, and quality control.
  • What types of 3D printing services are available?
There are various types of 3D printing services available, including Stereolithography (SLA), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Vacuum Casting, Injuction Moulding
  • Are there cost savings associated with 3D printing consulting?
Yes, consultants identify ways to reduce costs by minimizing material waste, streamlining production, and optimizing 3D printing processes.
  • How do I choose the right 3D printing consulting partner?

Welcome to PROTO TECHNO WORLD 3D: Your Ultimate Destination for 3D Printing Excellence in Hosur.
  • What exactly is SLA printing, and how does it work?
SLA printing, short for Stereolithography, is an advanced 3D printing technology that uses a process called photopolymerization to create objects. In simpler terms, it uses a special type of resin that hardens when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light. The printer builds the object layer by layer by selectively curing the resin with a UV laser.
  • What exactly is SLS printing, and how does it work?
SLS printing, or Selective Laser Sintering, is an additive manufacturing process that uses a high-powered laser to selectively fuse powdered materials, typically nylon-based, layer by layer to create three-dimensional objects. Unlike traditional methods, SLS does not require support structures, allowing for complex geometries and efficient material usage.
  • What exactly is FDM printing, and how does it work?
FDM printing, or Fused Deposition Modeling, is an additive manufacturing process that utilizes a thermoplastic filament. The filament is heated to its melting point and extruded through a nozzle layer by layer to create a three-dimensional object. FDM is known for its affordability, ease of use, and versatility in materials.
  • How does Vacuum Casting differ from other manufacturing methods with ProtoTechnoWorld3D?
Vacuum casting with ProtoTechnoWorld3D offers unique advantages compared to traditional manufacturing methods. It enables the production of low-volume, high-quality parts with intricate details and diverse material options. Unlike injection molding, vacuum casting requires minimal setup time and investment in tooling, making it cost-effective for small-batch production. Additionally, vacuum casting allows for quick iteration and customization of parts, making it ideal for prototyping and product development.
  • What is Injection Molding with Prototechnoworld3d?
Injection molding with Prototechnoworld3d is a manufacturing process used to produce parts by injecting molten material into a mold cavity under high pressure. It is commonly utilized for mass production of plastic components with intricate shapes, precise dimensions, and consistent quality.
